The Grace and Able premium cotton compression gloves are available in three sizes - small, medium and large. They are available in four different colours – Cinnamon Brown, Cocoa, Sandy Beige and Tickled Pink.

The Grace and Able premium cotton compression gloves help to reduce pain and swelling which have resulted in the hands because of arthritis. The compression supports soft tissue structures and increases the rate of circulation to flush out inflammation in the joint spaces. Their sleek design, material and lovely colourways separate these gloves from others.

Take the measurement around your knuckles at the widest point of your hand. Simply, wrap a tape measure around your knuckles to measure the circumference and compare to the Size Chart below. If you are between sizes, size down for a firmer compression, or size up for overnight wear, or for active swelling.

The Grace and Able compression gloves can ease pain, inflammation and swelling, in three ways:
- Compression confuses pain nerve signals to the brain.
- Compression encourages the lymph system to move fluid away from swollen joints.
- Compression supports delicate wrist and finger joints.
How long can I wear compression gloves for?
How long can I wear compression gloves for?
You can wear the gloves for as long or short a time as they benefit you. Some people wear them while they are doing a particular activity (typing, knitting, driving), while others wear them all day - like they would wear a pair of socks!.
Just like a pair of socks, we recommend that you wash your gloves after 8 - 10 hours wear. It is important to allow your skin to breathe, and to wash the gloves regularly.

Can I wear compression gloves in bed?
Yes. Many people wear compression gloves for several hours at a time, including while they are sleeping.
If you are new to compression gloves, we recommend wearing them for a few hours when you are awake to get used to them, before you wear them for sleeping.
Make sure you are comfortable in them during the day, and nothing is digging in. Hands can swell at night, making the gloves tighter.

They fit well, but one glove already had some broken stitches/starts of holes before I put it on. They've not grown since, but it's definitely a weak point so I'll be saving this pair for harder working days

I find the fingers/thumb little too short for me as I have arthritis in top joints which are not covered by the gloves. Some relief but not as much as I’d hoped.
Hi, the first couple of nights the gloves helped a lot. As my fingers are quite deformed, they were cramping badly in the night causing me to wake up in a lot of pain. This has been relieved with the gloves but after just a few days, I feel that they have stretched a little causing the compression not to feel as good. I think the quality of the gloves could be improved as the tops of the fingers are not finished very well so they’re fraying bits..
The condition of my hands in the daytime has not changed, but certainly they are a comfort at night.
It would be good if they were more affordable as they are quite a luxury when on a tight budget which I’m sure a lot of people suffering with arthritis are? I have ordered the knee compression and I’m waiting for its arrival., so hoping for good results.

Really comfortable
The gloves are very comfortable and keep my hands warm but they do not help with the pain across my knuckles.
These gloves are the best ones I’ve ever had.
I wear them at night and seem to have no pain at all.
Ordered a small after going from the size guide but they are too big. Returned them today at my own expense after speaking with customer care ti exchange for the extra small. Hopefully they will fit.

The gloves are wonderful. I can knit again! I'm thinking of buying another pair in a different colour.
They are soft and comfortable but they ride up a little on the wrists and depending on how bad a flare up is they could be a little tighter but that’s more a problem for me than the gloves. They do work well with my wrist supports though and this stops them riding up. I think I’m going to buy some the next size down for days when compression is needed more than support.
