How can I get support with my arthritis?

We have a wide range of information available on our website, or you can also call our free helpline on 0800 5200 520 and speak to one of our friendly advisors. Our advisors aim to bring all of the information and advice about arthritis into one place to provide tailored support for you. Calls are free and the helpline is open Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

You can also join the company of people who understand like no one else can over in our online community. They’re ready and waiting to give you a warm welcome and share all they know.

What are your shipping costs for online orders?

UK Delivery is a flat rate of £3.95 and this cost will be added to your order at checkout. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class where possible, but larger items might be sent by courier. Postage for information booklets is free of charge.

We currently do not deliver outside of the UK. For more information see our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Your items will arrive 7 - 10 working days after the order is placed. All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class where possible, but larger items might be sent by courier.

If your item hasn’t arrived after 14 days please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement. You can email us on shop@arthritis-uk.org, or fill in a
contact form here.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed will be refunded in full on receipt of any returned goods (if applicable). Postage costs will not be refunded the cost of returning item(s) to us will be your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
