Instructions
Warm for 60 seconds in an 850-1000W microwave, or for up to 90 seconds in a 600-800W microwave.
Chill in a freezer for cooling relief.
Suitable for all ages.
Surface clean regularly with a lightly damp cloth, and allow to dry at room temperature. Do not immerse in water.

Lovely quality product that looks really pretty too - but also ideal for what it is intended for to wrap round to assist pain with warmth and comfort - very pleased with this product

Goes cool too quickly.

Arrived on time. A lovely printed hot-pak, with a cosy, soft reverse. I have used it already and it stayed warm for quite some time. Well worth the money. I can recommend this for anyone who has neck/shoulder pain or vertebrae discomfort.
